Resources
Currently we accept members who are enrolled in Arizona’s Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) and who are receiving long-term care through ALTCS. Additionally, we accept Arizona Empower Scholarship Funds (ESA) and Private Pay.
DDD Health Plan
The Department of Economic Security (DES) Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) offers support services for individuals with developmental delays or disabilities and their families. Eligibility is determined by age, specific criteria, and the completion of a referral or application process.
ESA Funds
ESA gives families the option to use their education tax dollars for the learning environment that best fits their child—including private school, home education, or therapy services.
